What we do
We do a range of Mediterranean-style dishes, Jamaican snacks and Italian street food to takeaway.
Our dishes are created from scratch from our kitchen here in Cashes’ Green. We are registered and have been given a 5-star food rating by Stroud District Council. All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. We do our best to use seasonal produce to ensure great tasting results every mouthful. We use British meat and poultry and our fruit and vegetables are also bought locally.
We’re so proud of what we do, that we’ve put our names on it – each letter stands for the initial letter of our first names M.A.M.A’s. It’s our family, our food and we want to share it with you.

Who we are
We are a family of many influences – a mix of British, Jamaican and southern Italian.
We have been cooking and creating for ourselves and friends for over a decade in Florence, Naples and home again. We want M.A.M.A’s to bring you the same passion for quality ingredients and great dishes that we experienced abroad, in the food we create for you. Each mouthful feeling fresh, new, and satisfying.
