Where do I collect my meals?

We are based in Cashes’ Green, Stroud GL5.
Once you have made an order, instructions for pick up will be emailed to you along with your receipt.

But why can’t I call up like a takeaway?

We are a family business committed to quality. We don’t have a store of prepped or frozen foods ready to be boxed up. This precious time allows us to buy, prepare the ingredients and create a delicious, freshly cooked meal.

How long can I keep meals in the fridge for?

Correctly stored, meals can be kept in the fridge up to two days, unless otherwise specified.

Can I freeze my meals?

All meals can be frozen immediately, unless otherwise indicated. Ensure the meal is thoroughly defrosted and reheated until piping hot all the way through before consumption. We recommend eating your meals within 24 hours of defrosting them.

How do I reheat my meal?

  • Microwave
Meals can be reheated in the container. Temperature and time according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Oven
Meals can be reheated in the container at a temperature of 120⁰ C/Gas 1.
We recommend placing an ovenproof tray underneath the container beforehand. Depending on the product (i.e not pastry), we suggest keeping the container closed to maintain moisture while reheating. If necessary, a splash of water will also help prevent the food from drying out too much.

Why isn’t there as much on the menu now than there was this morning?

Popular products can run out sooner than expected and so as stock runs out, that menu option will no longer be available until fresh stock is brought in for the next set of orders.

How eco-friendly are you?

To reduce our carbon footprint, all meals are provided in plant-derived containers. These are freezable, microwaveable, ovenproof AND 100% biodegradable. They can be put in the food compost, or normal waste after use and decompose within two weeks.
