Jerk Chicken
Boneless chicken thighs marinated overnight in our homemade marinade. Served in a tortilla wrap or with rice, with homemade corn relish, salad and raw onions. Chilli sauce and mayonnaise optional.

Ingredients; Chicken Thighs, Jerk Marinade (contains; Olive Oil and/or Sunflower Oil, Cider Vinegar/White Wine Vinegar/Red Wine Vinegar, Honey, Black Treacle or Molasses, Onion/Shallot/Spring Onion, Ginger, Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Thyme, Allspice, Black Pepper, Salt).

Corn relish; Sweetcorn, Onion/Shallot/Spring Onion, Cider or Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Chilli.

Allergens; sulfites, tortilla wrap contains wheat gluten, chilli sauce contains mustard, mayonnaise contains egg and mustard
